This retreat is designed for those who identify as female and are currently in executive leadership positions. However this retreat is not for people who are looking to sit back and relax. We will be doing deep transformative work and you need to be committed to the process by joining in every session. Yes, that even means waking up early for yoga each day. Skipping sessions compromises your outcomes.
